Ewa Milczarek

Ewa Milczarek is an accomplished researcher and legal expert specializing in internet law, new technologies, and human rights. She has completed advanced education, including the prestigious Bioethics: The Law, Medicine, and Ethics of Reproductive Technologies and Genetics course from Harvard University.

Her research portfolio includes participation in significant international projects, such as the EU-funded initiatives Gender Violence: Protocols for the Protection of Victims and Effectiveness of Protection Orders and Enhancing Police Skills Concerning Novel Psychoactive Substances (NPS). Ewa has also conducted extensive research in information security management systems, focusing on both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.

Ewa is the author of numerous educational publications for secondary school educators and students, aimed at promoting civic education. Her works include monographs like Virtual Privacy: EU Standards of Internet Privacy Protection (C.H. Beck, 2020) and Pro-ecological Heat Sources for the City of Szczecin (Institute of New Technologies, Ecology and Development, 2019).
