Prof. Tomáš Gábriš is a leading Slovak legal scholar specializing in legal history, theory, and philosophy. His research also addresses modern technology law and sports law. He has authored ten monographs, contributed to ten textbooks, and published over 300 works, earning more than 500 citations.
A graduate of Comenius University, Prof. Gábriš holds three PhDs and an LL.M. from Tilburg University.
In addition to his academic career, Prof. Gábriš is a practicing attorney, a former member of the Slovak Judicial Council, and an advisor on technology and sports law for various organizations. He received the Anton Hajduk Award in 2023 for academic excellence.
